Uploading your file to the file-exchanging server XLget, you (hereafter user) automatically agree with all the rules mentioned below the agreement and agree to comply with everything described in the rules and conditions while using XLget.ru service (later on site).

1. Filling out the registration form on the website, user is obliged to give correct and accurate personal information that must be updated constantly, every time user's personal details changes.

2. XLget.ru administration has the right to notify users of any changes, new services and activities taking place on the website, by e-mail, specified during registration.

3. The website offers its services solely to users age 18 and up and eligible to enter into any binding contract.

4. User has no right of granting an access to his/her personal account to a third party without prior notification of the website administration about appointing a notarized trustee.

5. All responsibility for maintaining access to the personal account and all activities that occur through this account, are at user's own risk.

6. Administration of this website is not responsible for content posted by users on the servers belonging to the website administration, as well as for any irreversible changes, partial or complete or irreversible loss of material posted by users. Saving the content, archiving and any additional usage of materials placed on a server is at user's sole responsibility.

7. The following list contains strictly forbidden use of the website services:

• Advocacy of terrorism;
• The incitement of ethnic, racial and religious hatred;
• Placement of materials showing the death and violence;
• Placement of pornographic materials proscribed purposes, including child pornography, zoophiliya, rape;
• Distribution of materials in violation of the law of copyright, trade secrets or other proprietary rights, intellectual property, which is forbidden to copy the original authors;
• Spreading of malicious software;
• Organizing spam e-mails;
• Organizing casino business or alike, including distribution of any kind of information related to these activities;
• Theft of material available to other users on servers in the website.

Any activity involving site services usage and comes as a contrary to the laws of Russian Federation, United States, Israel and EU countries, is strictly forbidden. In the event of a breach of the specified here, site administration not only blocks the attacker's personal account with the disposal of all posted materials, but actively promote and guarantee the promotion of law enforcement in providing information about the offenders and their activities on the website.

All complaints about user's unlawful activities are accepted at the following e-mail address: abuse@xlget.com.

8. Site administration:

• Ensures the provision of unlimited access to the service for registered users, unlimited disk space on its servers and unlimited file' download and upload speed;
• Undertakes to keep the stored file for 120 days from the moment of uploading, and automatically extend for additional 120 days of storage after receiving paid SMS messages which enable file downloading;
• Provides high-quality service and technical support to each registered user.

9. Administration of this site shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses suffered by the website user, including damages for loss of profits or loss of data.

10. The management reserves the right to modify or terminate the rules of this Agreement at any time.

11. In the event of a breach of one of the paragraphs in this agreement, the administration of the site reserves the right to suspend or disable user's registration and the following Agreement with him.
